Bugs fixed:

• A bug caused that when skipping the tutorial in its early phases, you couldn't pass waves (Reported by 'mrwwww').
  
• A bug when playing with a controller caused that when removing a unit from a route in the pre-wave, it didn't return the division. (Reported by 'Jesus101').
