Hotfix 1.1.4

A player has reported an error with achievements:

• The yellow brick road.
  
• Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
  
• Dead men tell no tales… They make them.
  

After checking, they were active only for those who saved in file 2. I am making this hotfix to fix that bug and make everyone able to get them.

If you want to get the achievements, you may have to go through the capitals again.
